Return & Refund Policy


All Sales Are Final

We’ve taken great care in producing our posters, and due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the item.


Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at shop@walteriooss.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging showing the issue


Resolutions

If your request is approved, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement print at no additional cost (Standard Edition posters only)

  • A partial refund or store credit if it is not necessary to return the item

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If required, we will provide a return shipping label, and the item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of approval.
